The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is offering the Rural Innovation Fund Program to provide support for highly targeted and innovative grants. This grant is designed to address concentrated rural housing distress and community poverty. HUD seeks projects demonstrating substantial impact on housing needs and poverty in project areas.
