This Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) requests applications from eligible institutions of higher educations for proposals to develop and implement programs for the education and training of undergraduate students in subjects directly relating to successful entrepreneurship. The proposals must align with the Minority Business Development Agency’s strategic mission goals to support minority business enterprises (MBEs), including building a diverse entrepreneurial pipeline to grow the number of MBEs, and the Administration’s strategic priority to advance racial equity and support for underserved communities through the Federal government.

Pre-Application Teleconference: MBDA will conduct a series of pre-application teleconferences at 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on May 5th, 12th, and 19th, 2022. Participants must register at least 24 hours in advance of the teleconference. Please visit the MBDA website at www.mbda.gov to register and additional information.
