The proposals must align with the Minority Business Development Agency’s strategic mission goals to support minority business enterprises (MBEs), including building a diverse entrepreneurial pipeline to grow the number of MBEs, and the Administration’s strategic priority to advance racial equity and support for underserved communities through the Federal government.
