These grants aim to promote positive change, strengthen civil society, empower citizens economically and politically, provide more opportunities for women and youth, enhance the rule of law, develop independent media, and engage communities in shaping their own futures. Any organization with a headquarters office located outside of these countries cannot apply to this program. |
