Additional Information on Eligibility: | This Funding Opportunity Announcement is single sourced to the Ministry of Home Affairs as the only Ministry whose department (The Zambia Prison Services) has the mandate to effectively and efficiently provide and maintain human custodial and correctional services. Through another department – the Zambia Police Service, the Ministry of Home Affairs also has a mandate to assist law enforcement officials identify offenders and assist in promoting successful prosecutions in court. A forensics lab at the under the auspices of this Ministry has been established to assist the law enforcement agencies as they conduct forensics investigations.
