The schedule for the review and selection of proposals for this CAN is as follows: Final CAN Issuance, Fall 2010, Proposals due +60 days, Award announcement/Agreement signed, First Quarter CY 2011. Dates are tentative- will be finalized upon issuance of final CAN)

Additionally, potential sources are advised that the intent of this solicitation is to award up to two Cooperative Agreement(s) as stated in the Draft CAN.

The Government intends to limit the eligibility of potential offerors for this can to educational institutions, not-for profit, and nonprofit organizations shall submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.

Notwithstanding the posting of this opportunity at FedBizOpps.gov, Grants.gov, or at both sites, NASA reserves the right to determine the appropriate award instrument for each proposal selected pursuant to this announcement.
