This grant, the Vision Research Collaborative (VRC), is a joint initiative by the National Eye Institute (NEI) and the Department of Defense’s (DOD) Vision Research Program. Its purpose is to provide additional funding opportunities for VRP proposals and enhance existing NEI Program portfolios.
