Topic 3 states, “NGA will attempt to provide informal feedback within 30 calendar days of abstract receipt.” Due to the robust industry response to Topic 3, the Government is not presently achieving its goal of providing informal abstract feedback within 30 days of abstract receipt. 

• For firms that submitted timely abstracts (by 19 August), each informal abstract feedback response will be tailored to provide a revised, specific proposal due date, which will be 45 days following the date that the informal feedback is provided. 
• For firms that did not submit timely abstracts (which were due by 19 August 2021), proposals are no longer accepted (the general proposal due date was on 30 SEP 2021, 430pm EDT).

GEOINT is the exploitation and analysis of imagery and geospatial information to describe, assess, and visually depict physical features and geographically referenced activities on the Earth. GEOINT consists of imagery, imagery intelligence, and geospatial information. NGA offers a variety of critical GEOINT products in support of U.S. national security objectives and Federal disaster relief, including aeronautical, geodesy, hydrographic, imagery, geospatial and topographical information. The Boosting Innovative GEOINT-Research Broad Agency Announcement (BIG-R BAA) invites proposers to submit innovative basic and applied research and development concepts that address one or more of the following technical domains: (1) Foundational GEOINT, (2) Advanced Phenomenologies, and (3) Analytic Technologies.
