With this solicitation, NIJ, in partnership with the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), seeks to provide supplemental funding to support multiple research activities under the NIJ Multisite Impact and Cost-Efficiency Evaluation of Veterans Treatment Courts. Statutory Authority: Department of Justice Appropriations Act, 2023 (Pub. L. No. 117-328, 136 Stat. 4459, 4537); Title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968, Pub. L. No. 90-351 (sections 201-203) (codified at 34 U.S.C. §§ 10121-10123); and 28 U.S.C. § 530C. |
