Agency Name: National Park Service
Description: This project benefits the public by recognizing and providing access to the property in Keene, California for its historic significance to César E. Chávez and the farm worker movement. The NCC is the primary park partner that provides support for the site including, but not limited to: visitor services, interpretive and educational programs, natural and cultural resource management, and maintenance and facility management. To successfully continue this cooperative relationship-which without, would cause the park to close- the parties will fulfillment the succeeding objectives, as they relate throughout La Paz- on NPS property and associated areas. These objectives are:

1. Provide qualified and professional staffing to heighten and efficiently operate coordinated visitor services.
2. Provide staffing to elaborate on educational and interpretative opportunities.
3. Provide qualified personnel for reviewing and editing interpretive materials.
4. Provide technical and professional assistance in the areas such as: restoration, preservation, and maintenance of the historic natural resources and landscapes.
5. Provide technical and professional assistance in the areas such as: restoration, preservation, and maintenance of the historic cultural resources and structures.
6. Provide facilities operation and maintenance, including, but not limited to custodial services, conducting repairs, and preventative maintenance of buildings.
