QUESTION:
We understand that there is a 20-page limit for the proposal (excluding forms). Is that 20 pages that are single or double spaced?

ANSWER: EITHER IS FINE, SINGLE OR DOUBLE SPACED SINCE THE NOFO DOES NOT SPECIFY.

QUESTION: On page 6 of the NOFO, it states that resumes are included in that page limit; on page 7, the NOFO states that resumes are not included in the 20-page limit. Which guidance should be followed?

ANSWER: RESUMES ARE NOT CONSIDERED A PART OF THE 20 PAGE LIMIT. THIS IS A DISCREPANCY IN THE NOFO.
