Authority: 16 U.S.C. �1(g): The National Park Service may in fiscal year 1997 and thereafter enter into cooperative agreements that involve the transfer of National Park Service appropriated funds to State, local and tribal governments, other public entities, educational institutions, and private nonprofit organizations for the public purpose of carrying out National Park Service programs pursuant to section 6305 of title 31 to carry out public purposes of National Park Service programs.

Substantial Cooperation and Involvement by NPS
The NPS will be centrally involved in this agreement and will cooperate with all involved partners. The NPS (DENA) is solely responsible for delivering the dataset in a usable format. The NPS will jointly participate with partners in integrating the dataset, designing the visualization, providing ongoing educational review of the building of the visualization interface to ensure that it integrates seamlessly with the existing MSLC exhibits, and evaluation of product effectiveness.
