Implement the Management Plan in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and the Legislation as described in their FY 2017 Work Plan and Budget. 2. Conduct public meetings at least annually regarding the implementation of the Management Plan. 3. Include units of local government, regional planning organizations, and nonprofit organizations in the implementation of their management plan. 4. Comply with all applicable State and Federal laws, including, but not limited to, National Environmental Policy Act and the National Historic Preservation Act. 5. Prepare compliance documents for NPS and/or State approval. |
