| Description: | This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Services intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition to Sealska Heritage Institute for the amount of 41,936 to cooperatively complete the project described below. STATUTORY AUTHORITY:National Historic Preservation Act 16 U.S.C.470a(b)6, 470w-7(b)2Biv, 470w-5(a), & 470a(d)4; Title 16 USC §1g authorizes the Service to enter into cooperative agreements that involve the transfer of NPS appropriated funds to state, local and tribal governments, other public entities, educational institutions, and private nonprofit organizations for the public purpose of carrying out National Park Service programs, pursuant to 31 USC §6305.
