NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD: This award is being made in accordance with the approved streamlined competition procedures for youth projects under ARRA. The Student Conservation Association technical capabilities are ideally suited for this project. They have had a long history of working on trails and other conservation projects in the National Park and other protected areas. This history has given the organization a corporate knowledge and a cadre of experienced leaders and work applicants to put together an experienced trail crew for this project. |
