The James Madison University agrees to:

1. Conduct archeological field surveys as required in compliance with Sections 106 and 110 of NHPA and conduct condition assessments on sites already listed in the Archeological Site Management Information System (ASMIS) and update the records in that system.

2. Submit a final report summarizing the results of the archaeological survey results in a timely manner for compliance actions related to Section 106.
