Description:: This is not a request for applications, this is just an announcement that NPS is continuing its task agreement with the Wheeling National Heritage Area Corporation for their work in the Wheeling National Heritage Area.
Wheeling National Heritage Area Corporation agrees to:

1. Implement the management plan in accordance with the terms of the agreement and the legislation as described in Attachment A – FY13 Workplan and Budget.
2. Conduct public meetings at least semiannually regarding the implementation of the management plan.
3. Coordinate with units of local government, regional planning organizations, and nonprofit organizations.
4. Comply with all applicable State and Federal laws, including, but not limited to, the National Environmental Policy Act and the National Historic Preservation Act.
5. Prepare compliance documents for NPS and/or State approval.
