Additional Information on Eligibility: | The State of Minnesota wanted to allow for profit companies to apply: In addition to the listed Eligible Applicants (III – A Applicant Eligibility) MINNESOTA will be accepting proposals from for profit business. There is a restriction in the funding for ACEP, for profit businesses are eligible to submit bids for ACEP-WRE projects, such as Easement Monitoring. Funding restrictions limit the use of ACEP-ALE for land acquisitions preventing for profit business from receiving ACEP-ALE funding. |
