The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to modify the Response Date to remain open until 4:00 p.m. (PST), 30 September 2015 or until replaced by a successor BAA and add paragraph #5, Representation Regarding the Prohibition on Using FY15 Funds with Entities that Require Certain Internal Confidentiality Agreements to Section VI. AWARD ADMINISTRATION. Aug 24, 2015
The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to add paragraph #4 to Section VI. AWARD ADMINISTRATION as follows:

4. Section 8123 of the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2015 (Division C of the Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriation Act, 2015, Pub. L. 113-235), which states “The Secretary of Defense shall post grant awards on a public web site in a searchable format.” In compliance with the requirement of Section 8123, the Department of Navy, by and through the Naval Supply System Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) San Diego, will publish the grant abstract (not to exceed one page) to a public web site in a searchable format.

This amendment serves as a notification that the applicant is required to provide a publicly releasable abstract (not to exceed one page) with each grant proposal.
