For this FOA, complementary health practitioners include (but are not limited to): licensed acupuncturists, massage therapists, and music therapists; chiropractic doctors; and naturopathic or osteopathic physicians. Funding is available for 1 year, with an option to renew for a second year, to conduct basic, translational, or clinical research associated with the parent grant. This initiative is focused on providing a research experience for complementary health practitioners and is not intended to support clinical residency training or other clinical practitioner training. |
