The National Cancer Institute (NCI) is offering this grant to support its Comprehensive Partnerships to Advance Cancer Health Equity (CPACHE) Program. This program aims to foster extensive, long-term collaborations between institutions serving underserved health disparity populations and NCI-designated Cancer Centers. This grant is for the purpose of strengthening the national cancer program and tackling critical challenges in cancer and cancer disparities research, education, and outreach, especially their impact on underserved communities. Partners will collaboratively enhance cancer research and education capacity at ISUPSs, diversify the cancer research workforce, improve CCs’ focus on health disparities research, and implement impactful cancer-related outreach initiatives benefiting surrounding communities.
