The Office of Citizen Exchanges is offering the Ngwang Choepel Fellows program to support projects focusing on Cultural Preservation and Economic Self-sufficiency for Tibetans in Chinese Tibetan communities. The program provides professional experiences, internships, workshops, and learning activities in the United States to enhance understanding of American society and culture. It also aims to raise awareness of Tibetan culture and the challenges faced by Tibetans today.
