Description: This FOA issued by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) invites applications to provide a Resource of expert consultants to assist investigators in the development of multi-site clinical trials for hematologic disorders supported by the Clinical Trials Planning Studies for Rare Thrombotic and Hemostatic Disorders (U34) (RFA-HL-12-023) and the NHLBI Clinical Trial Pilot Studies (R34) (PAR-10-005) awards.
