With this solicitation, NIJ seeks to address the mandate required in Section 507(a)(6), an evaluation of “[t]he quality and effectiveness of technical assistance provided by the Department of Justice to grantees for implementing such programs.” Statutory Authority: The First Step Act of 2018 (Pub.
