The National Institute of Justice (NIJ), in collaboration with the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), is offering this grant to support a multi-site randomized controlled trial (RCT) program evaluation of the Honest Opportunity Probation With Enforcement Demonstration Field Experiment (HOPE DFE).
