Version History

Version Modification Description Updated Date
NIST is issuing this amendment (Amendment 1) to the FFO to make three (3) changes. The first two changes correct a misdirection, found in two places on page 7 of the December 5, 2013 FFO, as to where the applicant should name the NIST campus to which their SURF application is directed. The third change adds fax numbers to page 20 of the December 5, 2013 FFO for the Agency Contacts for questions on electronic application submission and grants rules and regulations. These new fax numbers are not for use for application submission (see Section IV. in the Full Announcement Text of this FFO for application and submission information). Jan 29, 2014
