The NOAA Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR) is offering a grant to establish a Cooperative Institute (CI) in the Gulf of Mexico. If the proposed CI is comprised of multiple supporting academic institutions, only the lead institution in the consortium applying for the award (and where the CI will be established) must satisfy the location requirement. |
