Secure all appropriate permits (Maryland Department of Environment, Charles County Codes, Permits and Inspection Services, Maryland Department of Natural Resources and other permits as needed) and Rights of Way Documents. 5. Comply with all program guidelines and all applicable federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations in completion of the project described in Attachment A. |
