The successful candidate must have documented experience working with state, local, or tribal law enforcement agencies and allied partners to provide victim-centered, trauma-informed services and knowledge of the challenges, developments, and needs of law enforcement-based victim services. The candidate also must demonstrate substantial knowledge of victimization and victim services and have the skills to communicate orally and in writing with a broad audience of stakeholders. Applicants must be onsite at OVC in Washington, D.C., for a minimum of 1 week per month throughout a 36-month project period. Organizations are not eligible to apply. All recipients and subrecipients (including any for-profit organization) must forgo any profit or management fee. |
