Purpose of Program: The Promoting Student Resilience program provides grants to local educational agencies (LEAs) (or consortia of LEAs) to build and increase their capacity to address the comprehensive behavioral and mental health needs of students in communities that have experienced Significant civil unrest \1\ in the past 24 months. \1\ Defined terms are used throughout the notice and are indicated by capitalization. Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) Number: 84.184C. Applications for grants under the Promoting Student Resilience Program, CFDA number 84.184C, must be submitted electronically using the Governmentwide Grants.gov Apply site at www.Grants.gov.
