Eligible Applicants: Eligible applicants are IHEs (as defined in section 101 of the HEA (20 U.S.C. 1001)) that are public or private non-profit IHEs that meet the eligibility requirements specified in the absolute priority or priorities under which the applicant applies. With the exception of Absolute Priority 2(c), institutional eligibility is based on the six-digit OPEID. |
