The Office of Planning, Research and Evaluation (OPRE) is offering the Child Care Research Scholars grant program to support advanced dissertation research. This grant is specifically designed for scholars focusing on critical child care policy issues. The initiative requires researchers to collaborate closely with State Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) lead agencies, fostering partnerships that bridge academia and policy implementation. The primary purpose of these funds is to advance understanding and inform decision-making within the realm of child care. Funding availability for this opportunity is contingent upon government interest and appropriation. This program aims to cultivate expertise and generate valuable insights into child care policy through rigorous academic inquiry.
