Each applicant is required to upload ONLY two electronic files, excluding Standard Forms and OMB-approved forms. No more than two files will be accepted for the review, and additional files will be removed. Standard Forms and OMB-approved forms will not be considered additional files. Content and Form of Application Submission.Throughout the FOA, the program purpose is specifically described to focus on long-term intensive case management for special refugee populations, including the needs of unanticipated and secondary migration. Examples include the following language:The recipient will provide targeted strengths-based case management through their affiliate networks or other local provider(s) the recipient has deemed appropriate to provide services, for up to one year. The program is intended to enhance and not duplicate existing ORR funded services. As such, concurrent enrollment in the Wilson/Fish Program or other applicable programs would be unallowable as these programs already provide case management services.Funding under this announcement is provided through cooperative agreements requiring ORR’s involvement in the program’s implementation.
