Additional Information on Eligibility: | Eligible applicants are nonprofit, nongovernmental organizations (including tribal nonprofits), for-profit organizations (for-profit organizations must agree to forgo any profit or management fee), and institutions of higher education (including tribal institutions of higher education). Organizations with a demonstrated history of longstanding relationships with the sexual assault field on a national scale and a track record of developing national-scope training and technical assistance materials for the sexual assault/victim services field are eligible to apply.
OVC welcomes applications that involve two or more entities; however, one eligible entity must be the applicant and the others must be proposed as subrecipients. The applicant must be the entity with primary responsibility for conducting and leading the project. |
