Description: The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs (OJP), Office for Victims of Crime (OVC), is seeking applications for the Vision 21: Building State Technology Capacity Victim Compensation program. This program furthers the Department’s mission by awarding funds to Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Formula State Compensation Administrating Agencies to enhance state’s data collection systems and access to technology for the purpose of improving data collection efforts in order to meet OVC’s revised reporting requirements.
This program addresses the needs of state compensation program grantees to build electronic data collection capacity. This program is specifically for the improvement of data collection efforts to help increase the accuracy of administrative reporting through the OVC Performance Management Tool.
