| Additional Information on Eligibility:: | Applicants must be individuals (organizations are not eligible to apply) who demonstrate the financial and administrative capacity to manage the cooperative agreement; as well as the desire, knowledge, and ability to successfully execute the development of training, technical assistance, public awareness, and other informational resources to meet the needs of victim service providers and allied practitioners who serve crime victims. The applicant agrees to abstain from any outside employment, either compensated or uncompensated, for the duration of the fellowship, unless approved in writing by the Director of OVC.
