This grant is for the comprehensive planning and development of a Wayside Exhibit Proposal Report. The purpose is to create a detailed plan for approximately 30 informational and interpretive exhibits. The report will meticulously identify each proposed wayside location, including ownership details, recommended physical spots, and clear interpretive objectives. It will also outline potential graphics, maps, and relevant historical or photographic information. Furthermore, a crucial component of this initiative involves an alternative media report, exploring technology-based storytelling options such as audio tour stops for walking or driving tours. The aim is to enhance visitor engagement and understanding through multi-faceted interpretive experiences.
