Agency Name: Bureau of Population Refugees and Migration
Description: (a) Proposed activities should primarily support the most vulnerable Tibetan refugee populations in India and/or Nepal. Because of PRM’s mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will consider funding only those projects that include a target beneficiary base of at least 50 percent refugees.

(b) Proposals must focus on one or more of the following sectors (see PRM’s General NGO Guidelines for sector descriptions):
(i) Protection, including child protection and/or gender-based violence prevention and response as applicable
(ii) Health
(iii) Education
(iv) Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH)
