Summary This announcement is designed to accompany PRM’s General NGO Guidelines, which contain additional information on PRM’s priorities and NGO funding strategy with which selected organizations must comply. Please use both the General NGO Guidelines and this announcement to ensure that your submission is in full compliance with PRM requirements and that the proposed activities are in line with PRM’s priorities. Submissions that do not reflect the requirements outlined in these guidelines will not be considered. Geographic Regions / Populations Proposed activities must primarily support refugees in Egypt. Because of PRM’s mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will only consider funding proposals that include a target program participant base of at least 50 percent refugees. Proposals must provide a target participant breakdown by proportion of Syrian refugee, non-Syrian refugee, and host community populations. Priority will be given to programs that target the most vulnerable populations. Program area Proposals must align with one or more of the following program areas.
