PAS Kabul invites all eligible organizations to submit a proposal to produce eight 48-minute films outlining daily life in ten of Afghanistans cities and provinces, and a corresponding radio series. The films should include interviews with average Afghans, as well as local and provincial officials, businessmen, educators, etc. The films should provide information about the cultural heritage of each city or province and address how the province has become more secure and prosperous. |
