The Public Affairs Section (PAS) of the U.S. Embassy in Kabul is offering a grant to organizations to engage university students in ten provinces in Afghanistan. The grant aims to promote knowledge and participation in the 2014 Afghan presidential election, especially targeting voting-eligible youth and first-time voters. The project seeks to enhance critical thinking and communication skills while increasing voter turnout, particularly in regions with historically low participation rates.
