PAS anticipates issuing multiple awards under this Funding Opportunity. PAS Kabul invites all eligible organizations to submit a proposal or set of proposals for some or all of the radio broadcast concepts outlined below. Programs should be in both Dari and Pashto wherever possible, and proposals must specify the language(s) to be used in the broadcasts.
