Version History

Version Modification Description Updated Date
An alert recently posted on www.grants.gov and www.SAM.gov announces the requirement to provide a notarized letter in order to register in SAM. In order to continue the award submission and review process without interruption, PAS Islamabad will accept proposal packages before the deadline via email at PakistanPASProposal@state.gov.

If an applicant’s SAM registration is unaffected and is still active, then proposals must be submitted via www.grants.gov. Proposals should be submitted by email ONLY if applicants receive a message during the submission process that their SAM registration is not active and submission cannot be completed through www.grants.gov. If applicants are unable to obtain or renew a SAM registration, then a screenshot showing this must be submitted with the proposal to the PAS Islamabad email address.

While we will accept applications via the email mentioned above, no funds can be awarded to an organization that does not have an active SAM registration, so applicants are urged to submit the requested notarized letter to move forward with the SAM registration process.
