| Additional Information on Eligibility: | For the purpose of this RFI/SSN, an eligible entity includes but is not limited to individuals, non-governmental organizations, academic institutions, and private sector organizations that meet all of the following criteria:1. Have access to and experience with working in northwest Syria; 2. Have not received more than $5 million (USD) directly (as the prime) from USAID in the previous five fiscal years; and 3. Demonstrate fluency in Arabic and/or the ability to deliver materials in Arabic. |
