| Additional Information on Eligibility: | (1) State government agencies, including the District of Columbia and U.S. Territories. The State mental health agency or the State health agency with mental or behavioral health functions should be the lead for the NSSP grant. (2) Community-based primary care or behavioral healthcare organizations (3) Public health agencies (4) Emergency departments (5) Federally recognized American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) tribes, tribal organizations, Urban Indian Organizations, and consortia of tribes or tribal organizations.
(At least one award will be made to a tribe/tribal organization pending adequate application volume). NSSP recipients funded under SM-17-007 are not eligible to apply for funding under this FOA. |
