Additional Information on Eligibility: In order to be eligible for this FOA, applicants must be a Native American Tribal Colleges and Universities as defined in the Higher Education Act HEA 316 (U.S.C. 1059c) and have experience providing technical services to Native American communities, with a special emphasis on socially and economically disadvantaged entrepreneurs.

Eligible applicants must be Tribal Colleges and Universities as defined in the Higher Education Act HEA 316 (U.S.C. 1059c).
