The Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) invites eligible Title IV-D agencies to apply for a competitive grant. This grant is for developing, implementing, and evaluating service delivery models that establish parenting time orders in conjunction with child support orders. Over a four-year project, funds will enable State and local child support agencies to pilot strategies for coordinating parenting time responsibilities and related access and visitation services within the child support program. Applicants must incorporate family violence safeguards and coordinate with their State Access and Visitation program. Eligibility extends to State, county, city, township, and special district Title IV-D agencies, including their umbrella organizations.
