| Additional Information on Eligibility: | Applicants eligible to receive awards are limited to: (a) State, Territory, or Tribal CCDF lead agencies, (b) institutions of higher education, or (c) research organizations. Child Care Research Partnership projects must be co-led by the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) lead agency in partnership with research organizations (e.g., institutions of higher education, research organizations). Therefore, eligible applicants may be either the CCDF lead agency or the research partner organizations. Faith-based and community organizations that meet eligibility requirements are eligible to receive awards under this funding opportunity announcement. Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive, awards made under this announcement. |
