Applicants must have dedicated full-time staff to carry out the project’s activities and demonstrate their ability to:• Communicate efficiently and carry out their activities in accordance with the scope, goal, and substance of the project.• Develop partnerships with different relevant stakeholders.• Develop communication strategies. |
