Additional Information on Eligibility: | Eligible organizations could include, regional institutions, foundations, non-governmental organizations, faith-based organizations (FBOs), community-based organizations (CBOs), civil society organizations, private organizations affiliated with public academic institutions and international non-governmental organizations, private companies, non-profit organizations (or for-profit companies willing to forego profits), professional associations and consortiums from the following assistance-eligible countries: Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Nepal, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam.
USAID/RDMA has expressed its interest in working with local organizations, and on the basis of that expression of interest, and pursuant to ADS 303.3.6.6(b)(2), competition under the APS will be limited to local organizations. |
