Tribal Prescription Drug Monitoring Program Data Sharing Grants (Category 2): Applicants are limited to federally recognized tribal governments as defined under the Indian Self Determination Act, 25 U.S.C. 450b(e). Data-Driven Multi-Disciplinary Approaches to Reducing Rx Abuse Grants (Category 3): Applicants are limited to state agencies (health departments, law enforcement authorities, etc.) and units of county government located in states with existing and operational prescription drug monitoring programs. |
